4th of July Nails

Here is what I did for my nails on the Fourth and I also did my daughters.
Everything I did was different on each nail and super easy!!
I am not a professional and I don't claim to be good. I just like nail art :)
Sorry for the quality of the photos. I can't take one handed photos with my phone lol
(And I still haven't figured out this blog and how to place pictures in it to look straight and have no huge gaps... If you could direct me to the right place to learn, thank you!!!)

I used clear tips from my Kiss Acrylic set and my Gelish Gel manicure kit.
The tools I used were from amazon. I got the brush and dotting tool set for about $5.

Our 3rd Anniversary

This 4th of July was mine and my husbands 3rd wedding anniversary! We went to the river with our baby girl and had a blast with my brother setting up our new little pool for her. Then came the amazing fireworks! Everything went pretty well that day and we all had fun!
Other than that, not much has been going on. No news on the Saudi Arabia yet.
I went on a small nail haul the other day lol Got some much needed colors for the 4th and some others that were on sale and too cute to pass up (Will post later)! I thank my husband for letting me have two hobbies, I can't stop doing! Nails and Photography lol! Next, he's gonna make me a nail rack for the wall. We have a spare room coming up, once we clean it, and I'm hoping to turn it into a hobby/exercise room! Something like that! It gets some light from the windows but only on half the room. The other half has good light from the ceiling light. I figure the window half for photos and the darker part for nail stuff. And then all the extra space for whatever, like working out lol
I also figured since there is another spare room upstairs that he want to use and out garage, basement and attic... I can have this room! :)
I love photography and I always have. I'm better at that than my nails but still love to do those too.
I suppose its okay to only have too obsessions/hobbies. I guess I also paint but not much anymore...
Anywho, we got some more stuff from our storage in Madras, hence the cluttered spare room, and I'm going to be organizing a lot more this week!
Anyone have any ideas on how to keep a little pool clean without always draining the water? I use an old plastic kitchen strainer right now but it doesn't always get everything. I was thinking about using an old wire hanger and nylons?!

Update...

So... My hubby and I recently discussed him taking a job that would move us far away from our family. I was thinking Alaska, like he wanted. Which isn't too far from Oregon but not close lol
Turns out he want to work on Jets again, like he did in the Air Force... Which is great. It's what he loves to do and it would make him happy. The catch....
IT'S IN SAUDI ARABIA!! Now, that's REALLY far away. It would be for 1 to 2 years and he would leave us here for 3 months and then come get us to live there with him on base.
Sounds good, right?! NO!! Literally right now, as I am typing this, it is 10pm and 98F there!!! I am not made for that kind of heat! I like my cold, wet, muggy Oregon weather that rains more than shines! It's 12 noon and 58F right now!!!! I don't think I have ever been in weather that was above 102! And it plans to get hotter there. Up to 120!!!! OMG!
I know, I know! I am complaining over nothing and I need to shut up and just thank God for this chance. It would help us out both as a family and financially! It would also make my husband so very happy to be able to do what he loves to do. After a year or two, we might return and he can choose to work on jets here. I need to just count our blessings and drink LOTS of water!! I worry about stupid things if this actually does go through... Heat, Spiders, Snakes, Scorpions... HATE them all and i'm pretty sure they have all those in abundance. Yes, we have them here too. But I have gotten better at avoiding them in my 23 years alive and only ever in this state! Well, and Washington! But they hace the same weather, mostly. I also hate moving for the simplest reasons... Where to put all our stuff?! What about our mail?! And then we have to come back and do that all over again! I hate that and we had to do that 4 times in one year alone...
Goodness I have issues!! OH!! And the Airplane ride?!?! What if when we're flying, my daughter gets bored and starts crying and wants to run around and everyone gets mad at her for it?! What if something goes wrong with the flight and we go down??!?!?! I'M PARANOID!! As you may have guessed from earlier, i've never left the state... Hence, never been on a plane....

Well, that was my rant for this week and hopefully soon we will know all our fates concerning the big move. Or get a job here. Or get a job in Alaska...
Who knows. If he does get the job, I can't be the reason to say no and break his heart. I will go and be happy about it!! I guess then I'll have some Saudi pictures for you guys lol

#MullerQuaker yogurt

To continue with yesterday...
First off, love the little corner yogurts! I love to be able to enjoy plain yogurt with no add on but have the option to add the fruit or choco balls! Which both were good!!
I purchased the Muller Quaker Low Fat yogurt with Choco balls with my coupon free from @Influenster for testing purposes. I then went back to my store and bought the Greek Corner Low Fat yogurt with Blackberry and Raspberry. I wanted to try the Greek and I LOVED the first one I had.
Obviously the Greek will taste a bit different from the regular but was still great. I felt like the fruit in the Greek was just jam. I was super sweet (but not so sweet once mixed with the yogurt...) and had the consistancy of jam. It didn't just fall out like the pictures show but I also kinda liked that. So that one was great. If you don't like Greek Yogurt, you won't like this one.
But, the regular corner yogurt I got was delicious on its own! I actually like it better on its own but like the crunch of the choco balls. I only added all of them to get a feel for it but liked it plain better. I want to try the fruit inside the regular and the chocolate in the Greek. I think that would taste good. But my local grocery store only carried those two flavors and I want more lol so I have to go to the city to find some more. It will be worth it. I have always loved yogurt and love finding new brands who have a different flavor. Muller Quaker was a success!!! Thank you @Influenster and @MullerQuaker!

#GoPROFOOT Pedi Rock Review

Oh my GOODNESS!! #GoProFoot #GoVoxBox
I really love this rock! I have very ticklish feet, as most do, and I don't let anyone massage or touch them! But this rock feels so good on my heel and pad of my feet, that my husband can massage my feet with it and i'm not constantly jerking my legs to get away lol
I had to go get another one for my hubby cause I wouldn't share :-D
It has a rough surface and its squishy. So I can push hard enough to not tickle but it wont hurt. I love to use this right before bed after a shower then add lotion. Can be used wet or dry. just wash with water and let air dry for next time!!
AND... I love, love that I can put it on my dresser and it doesn't look stupid. It looks like a decorative rock!! So cute!! I would really suggest you get one! There are not that expensive ($8.99) and work on my soft feet and my husbands rough feet, from being in boots all day long!

Playtex Sport Fresh Balance #GoVoxBox

As I said in the first vox box post, I had no use for these and gave them to a friend.
Here is a short review on that product:

                  Works good. Easy to use. Small enough for a purse. Yes, I would buy these again. Yes, I would recommend these to a friend. I like these a lot because I hate to wear tampons when I play basketball and these are comfy enough for it and don't scare me and I love tampons small enough to fit in my purse and not look obvious as to what it is. I have a small purse that I carry around and not everything fits in it. Especially after my phone is in it. Good job on these guys. Thanks.
